Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by The Fulness of Real Estate Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

The Company provides real estate media services, including but not limited to photography, videography, drone services, virtual tours, and related media production.

All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a booking

  • Payment terms will be outlined at the time of scheduling

  • Final media delivery may be withheld until payment is received in full

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability

  • Weather-related rescheduling (for outdoor shoots or drone work) will be accommodated when possible

4. Property Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared prior to the scheduled shoot.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cleaning and staging

  • Turning on lights and replacing bulbs

  • Removing clutter and personal items

If the property is not ready upon arrival, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Proceed with the shoot as-is, or

  • Reschedule the shoot (additional fees may apply)

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is typically within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Turnaround times may vary based on project scope, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Revisions & Edits

  • Basic edits are included (color correction, exposure balancing, etc.)

  • Additional edits or revisions beyond standard processing may incur extra charges

  • Requests for revisions must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

7. Creative Control

The Client acknowledges that The Fulness of Real Estate Media maintains full creative control over the style, composition, editing, and overall production of all media.

By booking our services, the Client agrees to trust the Company’s professional judgment, artistic direction, and established editing style, which reflects the Company’s brand and portfolio.

While reasonable requests and preferences may be considered prior to or during the shoot, the Company is not obligated to replicate specific styles, reference materials, or third-party work.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Select the best images and footage for final delivery

  • Determine editing style, color grading, and composition

  • Decline excessive or stylistically inconsistent revision requests

Requests that fall outside the Company’s standard style or require significant deviation may be declined or subject to additional fees.

8. Media Delivery

Media files will be delivered electronically via third-party platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Aryeo).

The Company is not responsible for file storage beyond a reasonable period after delivery. Clients are encouraged to download and back up all files promptly.

9. Licensing & Usage

All media is subject to the Media Usage & Licensing terms outlined on this website.

A limited license is granted for marketing the specific property or project. Any extended or commercial usage requires prior written approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Missed shots due to property conditions or access limitations

  • Weather conditions affecting outdoor or drone services

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Drone & Aerial Services

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations.

Drone services are subject to:

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety considerations

If drone services cannot be performed due to these factors, alternative solutions or partial refunds may be offered at the Company’s discretion.

12. Client Conduct

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in:

  • Unsafe or illegal activity

  • Harassment or unprofessional behavior

  • Requests that violate regulations or ethical standards

13. Intellectual Property

All media remains the intellectual property of The Fulness of Real Estate Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized use is subject to penalties as outlined in the Media Usage & Licensing section.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
